Because these items are one of a kind and handcrafted, please take note that the turn around is usually 6-8 weeks * depending on time of year and country items are being shipped to. I am a single soul studio and do my best to get things out in a timely manner.

RETURNS|EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for exchange of goods or store credit. 

However there are no returns on CUSTOM PROJECTS. No exceptions. A custom design is final. However a replacement can be discussed if unsatisfied and the first product is returned (at buyers expense) with out blemish.
